Standard Construction Specification
Door Material
Door fronts available in 4 different thermofoil colors. All door backs are white. Made with 3/4"-thick particle board with a smooth finish.
End Panels
Cabinet sides are made from 5/8" particle board with polypropylene interior and exterior surface layer which provides scratch, moisture and fade resistance.
Tops/Bottoms
Tops and bottoms are made from 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene interior and exterior surface layer which provides scratch, moisture, and fade resistance. Wall cabinets have full tops and bottoms, and all bases have a full bottom and two top stretchers for durability and to provide ample storage capacity.
Backs
Cabinet backs are made from 1/4" MDF. Rear stretchers are dowelled into the cabinet side and located behind the cabinet backs for installation and to maintain a frameless cabinet silhouette. This will help keep the cabinets square. Each rear stretcher is 5/8" thick.
Shelves
Made from 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene surface layer which provides scratch, moisture and fade resistance. Wall shelves are full depth and standard base cabinets have full depth shelves. All shelves are adjustable.
Toe Kick
Base cabinet sides run to the floor and are notched for toe kick space. Cabinet toe kicks are 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene surface layer which provides scratch, moisture and fade resistance.
Drawers
Cabinet drawers have metal sides and are soft closing. Drawer backs and bottoms are made from 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene surface layer which provides scratch, moisture and fade resistance.
Hinges
Standard integrated soft-close hinge with 100° opening. All metal or steel hinges, nickel-plated, 6-way adjustable with Lifetime Warranty.
Material
- Cabinet components are regionally sourced.
- Recycled and/or recovered wood material.
- Cabinets are produced using ATCM, TSCA Title VI Compliance with availability of Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde (ULEF).
- All cabinet interiors are white.
- Cabinet side exteriors match cabinet doors.
